Kappestry Painting is owned and operated by Chris Kappes, a life-long resident of Long Island.  Born and raised in Centerport, his first stint as a painter was at the age of 12 while working in a boatyard painting hulls.  Years later, he returned to his true calling and started his residential painting business in 1982.  Over the past 35 years, Kappestry Painting has taken on projects working on some of the finest residences across Long Island, including many of the magnificent homes built by Kean Development of Cold Spring Harbor.  Chris Kappes approaches every project with the proper preparation and careful attention to details needed to produce a truly professional paint job.
